From moment one you are assigned a summit strategist who is fully committed to the success of your summit. This summit strategist will have regularly scheduled meetings with you. You can email your summit strategist whenever you want, or even hop on a call to chat something through. We are with you every step of the way..
We ask for a 4 month advance to begin preparing your summit. Since we create the highest quality summits on the planet we need time to make the magic happen. Remember your time involvement is as minimal as you would like it to be. Simply interview your speakers, and let us do the rest. This allows you to keep running your business while we build your summit..
Nope, we are very picky with the summits we run. You need to have a message that matters and willing to see that message make a difference in the world. We do NOT work with "list grabbers" who are only out to run a summit to try to scrape all the speakers lists. We look for summit hosts who want to build their brand, create relationships with their speakers, and make an impact in the world..
Absolutely. Our dashboard keeps you up to date and on track for everything that needs to happen. Plus we have additional trainings consisting of our summitology foundations training. We help you with everything you need both from the construction of the summit to the strategy to the training.
We agree 100%. The most important aspect of the summit is the relationships you build with your speakers. This is why every summit is assigned a speaker concierge who's whole job is taking care of the speakers. Just the way we roll out the red carpet for our summit hosts, we also roll out the red carpet for our speakers. This ensures your speakers walk away thinking "That was one of the best things I've participated in." creating great relationship with you and a great reputation for us.
Because of our team and proprietary software we are able to host more summits than most other companies. That combined with our overall mission of helping change the world by helping 10,000 entrepreneurs get their messages out via virtual summits allows us to keep our fees at a fraction of what other companies are charging, We charge an initial deposit, followed by a monthly payments before the summit starts.
Yes you get to choose your speakers. We will help you with your strategy for the speaker research and give you access to our database of speakers, but the final decision is yours.
